CREAMY VEGAN SAUCE
Makes 8 Servings
1 - 6 oz. package Rice Vegan Cheddar Flavor Slices, or Vegan American Flavor Slices - cut in strips or 1 - 8 oz. package Vegan Cheddar Flavor Block - cut in 1/2" cubes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 dash white pepper
1 drop hot sauce
Place all ingredients in small stock pot. Heat to boil while stirring constantly. Reduce to simmer,
let cook for 5-10 minutes stirring as needed. Serve sauce over your favorite pasta or on top of potatoes,
vegetables or rice. As a variation, add broccoli, stewed tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms or beans.
