Calendar
To
update a meeting
- Open Outlook 2003.
- On the
navigation
pane, click
Calendar.
- Open the meeting that you want to update.
- Change the information as
needed.
- Click Send Update.
Notes
- If
you are updating a recurring meeting, click Open this occurrence
to update the selected meeting, or click Open the series to update
all recurring meetings in this series.
- You can
also update a meeting by using Outlook Web Access. To access
Outlook Web Access, from a computer connected to the Internet, navigate to
your company's
Remote Web Workplace, and then select Read my company
e-mail.
