Michael E. Broll, Chief Executive Officer, was elected CEO of Galaxy in July 2004. From 1998 to 2002, he was President
and CEO of Chef Solutions Inc., a subsidiary of LSG Lufthansa that specialized
in providing convenient baked foods and prepared meals to food service and
retail markets. He held major executive assignments with Allied-Domecq Retailing
as the head of its total supply chain for North America; President and COO
of Ready Pac Produce of Irwindale, CA; Nestle USA as the head of supply chain
for the chilled food group in North America; and Pillsbury Company as its Vice
President of Operations for the bakery group supply chain. Mr. Broll received
his B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois in 1978.

Salvatore J. Furnari, Chief Financial
Officer, CPA was
appointed the Company's Chief Financial Officer on July 8, 2002. From November
11, 2001 until July 8, 2002, Mr. Furnari served as the Company's Controller.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Furnari was Corporate Controller and Treasurer
of Pritchard Industries, Inc. From 1998 through 1999, he served as Chief Financial
Officer and Vice President of Finance for Garage Management Corporation; and
from 1993 until 1998, he was Chief Financial Officer of American Asset Corporation.
Mr. Furnari received his B.S. in accounting from Queens College in New York
City in May 1987. |

LeAnn Hitchcock, SEC Compliance Manager and Internal
Auditor,CPA, was appointed the Company’s SEC
Compliance and Internal Auditor on July 8, 2002. Previously, she was the
Company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on October 29, 2001. Prior to this,
Ms. Hitchcock was the CFO for Developed Technology Resources (DTR) and its
subsidiary, FoodMaster International since July 1997. Together these companies
acquired and managed dairy operations in the former Soviet Union. Ms. Hitchcock
was also the CFO of Galaxy Foods Company from December 1995 to June 1997.
From 1994 to 1995, she was a senior auditor for Coopers and Lybrand LLP in
Orlando, FL. From 1992 to 1994, she worked for a local public accounting
firm of Pricher and Company in Orlando as a senior auditor and tax accountant.
Prior to 1992, Ms. Hitchcock worked for Arthur Andersen LLP as a staff auditor.
Ms. Hitchcock obtained a BS in Business Administration and a BS in Accounting
from Palm Beach Atlantic College in West Palm Beach, Florida in May 1990,
and a Masters in Accounting Information Systems from Florida State University,
Tallahassee, Florida in August 1991. |

John W. Jackson, Senior Vice President of Sales, was promoted
to his senior position effective August 1, 2004. Since 1993, Mr. Jackson
held the position of vice president of global sales for the Company. From 1985 through 1992,
he was director of sales for H.J. Heinz Company. Mr. Jackson received
his B.S. in business administration and accounting from Mars Hill College in
1980. |

Thomas J. Perno, Vice President of Contract Manufacturing, has worked
for the Company since 1983 primarily as Galaxy's Vice President of Operations. Previously, Mr. Perno also held positions
at Galaxy as Plant Manager and Shipping and Receiving Supervisor. Mr. Perno received his M.S in Electrical
Engineering from Penn State University
in 1976. |

Kulbir Sabharwal, Ph.D., Vice President
of Technical Services,
has been with the Company since 1991. Dr. Sabharwal worked as the Director of Research and Quality
Control for Gilardies Frozen Foods from 1987 to 1990 and for Fisher Cheese Company from 1972 to 1986.
Dr. Sabharwal received his Ph.D. from the Ohio State University in 1972. |

Hilary Taube, Vice President of Marketing,
has worked for the Company since 2005 and was recently promoted to Vice President status in July of 2007.
Previously, she was Product Manager in the Kitchen Division at The Holmes Group, based in Massachusetts,
where she was involved with such brands as the Seal-a-Meal® Vacuum Food Storage System and other Rivalr
food preparation products. She managed a variety of new product development projects for brand re-launch
and spearheaded packaging, sales collateral and marketing activities related to the repositioning of key brands.
Hilary has extensive experience with market research, including focus groups and analysis of trends in the
food storage category. Before joining The Holmes Group, she was Product Manager at Webster Industries.
Ms. Taube obtained a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing from Cornell University and earned an M.B.A
from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
