Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss all GO Veggie! Cheese in a bowl. Set aside. Assemble in an 13” x 9” x 2” baking pan-following these steps:

Lightly coat pan with non stick spray

2/3 cup marinara sauce

3 oven ready lasagna noodles

2/3 cup marinara sauce

1 cup GO Veggie! Cheese mixture

3 oven ready lasagna noodles

2/3 cup marinara sauce

1 cup GO Veggie! Cheese mixture

3 oven ready noodles

1 cup marinara sauce

Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Take out of oven. Place 1/2 cup of marinara sauce on top and 1 cup of Veggie Cheese Mixture. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon dried basil. Recover with foil and place back in oven for 10 minutes. Take out of oven; sprinkle with fresh parsley. Let set for 10-15 minutes. Serve.
