- 1 sheet vegan puff pastry
- 8 vegan hot dogs
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
- 1/3 cup GO Veggie! Dairy Free Mexican Style Shreds
Thaw puff pastry according to package, approximately one hour.
Slice puff pastry into 8 triangles.
Place one triangle on working surface and top with small amount ketchup and mustard.
Sprinkle GO Veggie! Mexican Style Shreds on puff pastry and top with hot dog.
Roll up to create crescent shape.
Place on greased baking sheet and repeat for all triangles.
Bake at 425° for 18 to 20 minutes.
Serve with additional ketchup and mustard.
