Cheesy Vegan Bruschetta

  • 1 French baguette
  • olive oil
  • garlic salt
  • fresh tomato (chopped)
  • minced garlic
  • fresh basil (chopped)
  • 8 oz. GO Veggie! Dairy Free Mozzarella Style Shreds


Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut French baguette into slices and brush each side with olive oil.

Sprinkle with garlic salt and toast in oven for 6 to 8 minutes.

Mix chopped tomato, minced garlic, chopped basil and coat mixture with olive oil.

Spoon mixture onto pre-baked bread and cover with GO Veggie! Dairy Free Mozzarella Style Shreds.

Bake in oven at 400°F until cheese melts for about 3-5 minutes.
