Cheesy Kale Chips

  • 1 large bunch fresh kale, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin oil
  • 1 bag (8 oz) GO Veggie! Lactose Free Rice Cheddar Shreds
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper


Preheat oven to 375° F.

Combine kale and olive oil in a large mixing bowl; using your hands rub the oil onto each kale leaf. Transfer to a baking sheet; lay kale flat on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese, sesame seeds, sea salt and pepper.

Transfer to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, turning the leaves halfway through.

Remove from the oven and set aside to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
