All-Day Egg Sandwich with a Kick

Ingredients

1-2 Slices of Sriracha GO VEGGIE Lactose & Soy Free Deli Slices. For variety, try Pepper Jack or White Cheddar deli slices

1-2 Eggs of choice

1 English muffin

1 Slice of tomato

4-5 Slices of avocado or 2 tablespoons of guacamole

Sprinkle of salt and pepper

Instructions

Toast English muffin and pull into halves. Add slices of avocado or spread on guacamole on bottom half.

Meanwhile, crack 1-2 eggs in non-stick pan and gently fry until golden brown. Near end of cooking, add GO VEGGIE Lactose & Soy Free Deli Slices. Sprinkle on salt and pepper to taste.

Remove egg and cheese from pan and place on bottom half of English muffin.Finish off with tomato and top half of English muffin. And enjoy with orange juice or beverage of choice.
