• 36 cherry tomatoes
• 1 package (8 oz) Galaxy Vegan Chive and Garlic Cream Cheese Alternative
• 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
• Baker’s Piping Bag
• Grapefruit spoon or Serrated knife
Trim off the top of each cherry tomato at the stem and bottom. Then, slice each tomato in half. Clear out seeds and internal wedges of each tomato with a grapefruit spoon or serrated knife to create a clean shell. Push entire container of cream cheese into a baker’s piping bag and push about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese alternative into each tomato. Sprinkle tops with freshly chopped parsley. Refrigerate for up to 6 hours before serving. Makes 36 individual bitesize servings.
